**Job Summary:**

As a Maintenance Person, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our property's facilities and equipment. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to creating a comfortable and enjoyable environment for our guests and staff.

**Duties:**

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs

- Conduct inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and address any issues promptly

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff

- Maintain inventory of repair supplies and equipment

- Assist with renovations and upgrades as needed

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures

- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities

- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in maintenance or a related field preferred

- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems

- Ability to troubleshoot and perform repairs effectively

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects as needed

- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
